Pei Xinpeng, an engineer from Yingcai Group, presented a paper titled “Case Study on the Whole-Plant Automated Logistics System for Aluminum Profile Manufacturing Enterprises” at the Aluminum Processing Alliance Academic Conference. The paper was well-researched and clearly articulated.
The paper conducted a case study on the demands and background of aluminum profile manufacturing enterprises, the prospects for fully automated logistics systems in entire plants, and the practical effects of their implementation. The study attracted significant industry attention and was awarded the First Prize for Outstanding Paper at this conference.

China is the “world’s factory,” and in the field of aluminum processing, since 2011, China’s annual aluminum production has exceeded the combined output of all other countries worldwide, maintaining its position as the world’s No. 1 producer for 16 consecutive years to date. According to statistics from the China Nonferrous Metals Society, in 2021, China’s output of aluminum extruded products reached 22.02 million tons, consistently ranking first globally and accounting for 76.8% of the global total. However, due to the unique characteristics of this industry, most factories still have relatively outdated logistics and operational processes.

Recently, Yingcai Group has published a series of papers one after another, many of which are of high academic caliber—featuring both theory and practice, computational analysis and empirical validation, as well as thorough summarization and continuous improvement.

Among them, our engineer Pei Xinpeng presented a paper titled “Case Study on the Fully Automated Logistics System for Aluminum Profile Manufacturing Enterprises” at the Aluminum Processing Alliance Academic Conference. The paper was well-researched and clearly articulated. According to statistics, this year’s conference proceedings collected over 400 papers, of which 280 were selected for inclusion in the collection. These papers are organized into five major thematic sections: Melting and Casting, Extrusion and Moulds; Surface Treatment of Aluminum Alloys; Solar Energy, 3C Products, Aluminum Formwork, and Automotive Profiles; Safety, Environmental Protection, Energy Conservation, Testing, and Management; and Doors and Windows, Deep Processing, and Home Decoration—covering multiple areas including technology, equipment, and applications.

The papers that had previously appeared lifeless on the screen seemed to come alive under his words—transforming into breathtakingly vivid images that lingered vividly in every audience member’s mind. Meanwhile, even if he has already finished his argument. His paper, his voice, and the images he described still linger in the minds of every audience member.
After receiving the award, Engineer Pei grinned and said: “A thousand-li horse demonstrates its extraordinary abilities thanks to the discerning eye of Bo Le; similarly, Pei Xinpeng soars high and soars far precisely because he has found the right people who recognize his talent.
