In April, we were granted patents including the “Multi-level Extendable Fork Telescoping Structure.”
In September, we completed the Series A funding round, increasing our registered capital to 36.470588 million yuan.
2025
Continuously iterating on intelligent warehousing equipment, securing multiple new patent authorizations, and solidifying technological barriers.
2024
Deepen the R&D of non-standard equipment and obtain multiple core technology patents.
The qualification system has been refined, and the company has become a director member of several industry associations, enhancing its brand influence.
2023
Complete equity and governance optimization, and focus on the heavy-duty smart warehousing sector in industries such as aluminum processing.
With over 300 service enterprises, we have become a domestic provider of end-to-end intelligent logistics solutions for aluminum materials.
Has accumulated multiple patents and software copyrights, and has obtained ISO management system certification.
2021–2022
▶ In February, we registered the core trademark WETALENT.
▶ In March, we obtained our first software copyright (WT-i WMS system) and established our in-house software development system.
▶ In June, we established a subsidiary in Guangdong, marking the start of our nationwide expansion.
2020
On September 6, the company was officially registered and established in the Shanxi Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone, positioning itself as an integrated service provider for intelligent logistics systems.
In December, we obtained our first utility model patent and initiated independent technological R&D.
