Paper Presentation at the Guangdong (Nanhai) Aluminum Processing Industry Conference

On November 12, at the Guangdong (Nanhai) Aluminum Processing Industry Conference, Yingcai Group delivered four consecutive presentations. A paper in which Pei Xinpeng’s “Case Study on the Whole-Plant Automated Logistics System for Aluminum Profile Manufacturing Enterprises” won the First Prize for Outstanding Paper at the conference, and Li Zengwen’s “Intelligent Folding Frame…” The paper “Application Analysis of RGV in the Full-Plant Logistics System for Aluminum Profiles” won the Second Prize. The other two papers were also exceptionally excellent and impressive.

Application of Inverted Telescopic Forks in the Three-Dimensional Production Layout for Aluminum Profiles

Bai Xiaodong's paper's first page

Bai Xiaodong published “Application of Inverted Telescopic Forks in the Three-Dimensional Production Layout for Aluminum Profiles.”

In his paper, Bai Xiaodong addresses the issue of single functionality inherent in conventional upright telescopic forks by proposing an inverted telescopic fork. Based on this new approach, he also proposes improvements to traditional elevators and stackers. These enhancements enable greater functional diversity in both elevators and stackers, thereby boosting the operational efficiency of stackers and further improving the overall logistics and warehousing systems. This equipment has already seen extensive application in aluminum manufacturing plants.

About Bai Xiaodong

Colleague Bai Xiaodong joined the company in 2013 and has consistently worked in technical roles, earning himself the nickname “Jack-of-all-trades” within the company. Currently, he serves as the Director of the Shanxi Yingcai Office. Although his responsibilities now include advertising planning, personnel records, and contract management, he has never strayed from his technical roots—his presence can always be found when discussing and planning new initiatives.

In life, Director Bai is a person full of compassion. He takes meticulous care of every single plant and flower in the company, ensuring they’re all thriving and healthy. In his eyes, each flower and each blade of grass seems like a thought-provoking work of art. At the same time, Director Bai is a hero who upholds justice and dares to speak out for what’s right—even when it means standing up against injustice. Whenever he encounters an unfair situation, he speaks out with righteous indignation, his voice so powerful that it resonates deeply and prompts everyone to reflect. Director Bai also loves to sing little folk tunes; at casual gatherings, he’s truly a crowd-pleaser. With his rich body language and highly distinctive facial expressions, he effortlessly sets the tone for the entire room, making him the center of attention in those moments.

At work, Director Bai is like a perpetual motion machine—either he’s working or on his way to work. He plans his day’s tasks meticulously and efficiently. Of course, Director Bai is also deeply loyal and supportive toward his colleagues; no matter what the task, he always leads by example, especially when it comes to heavy or strenuous work. Director Bai single-handedly runs around, busy from start to finish, carrying things up and down without a single complaint. When you ask him why he’s so willing to endure hardship without complaint, he’ll always laugh heartily and say: “Building a project is like erecting a monument. Each task, for me, is a separate project. Laying every brick for Yingcai Group—that’s simply my duty.”

“A Method for Manufacturing a Linked Safety Device for Lifting Equipment”

Wang Xingshang's paper's first page

Wang Xingshang presented a paper titled “A Manufacturing Method for a Linked Safety Device for Lifting Equipment.”

Wang Xingshang’s paper introduces a hydraulic device. For lifting equipment, safety is of paramount importance. A significant proportion of accidents involving lifting equipment occur when the work platform or load platform is moving downward, and people or objects inadvertently enter the working area. In such cases, the equipment fails to stop automatically, resulting in injuries to people or damage to objects and equipment. To address this safety hazard, the product design specifically incorporates this interlocked safety device.

About Wang Xingshang

A colleague from Yingcai Group, who started working in 1983 and transferred to the May Day Machine Factory in 1992, later joining Taiyuan Sosworth Lifting Platform Co., Ltd. (Taiyuan Corundum). In 2010, he joined European Handling Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in France, and in 2019, he joined Yingcai Group. He is a specialist in hydraulics and primarily works in the field of hydraulics.

In life, Engineer Wang is incredibly warm-hearted. Though he doesn’t say much, he’s always kind and approachable. As the saying goes, “At forty, one no longer feels confused; at fifty, one understands one’s destiny.” And in Engineer Wang, you can truly sense this profound understanding of the world. It’s as if he has a complete grasp of everything—every word he speaks hits the nail on the head, each sentence brimming with wisdom. Just sitting down and talking with him feels like all those years of hard study have finally paid off. Every day, he wears a smile on his face and stands tall and straight. Judging solely by his appearance, you’d never guess that he’s a senior who’s already come to terms with his destiny. You could only say: age really isn’t a problem at all.

At work, Engineer Wang is remarkably steady and composed. A cup of tea and a carefully crafted proposal—this is truly how a typical day for Engineer Wang unfolds. He rarely moves around; when he’s working, it’s as if an old monk has entered deep meditation—utterly focused and painstakingly meticulous. Whenever someone asks him a question, he’ll dive right into the issue, explaining from every possible angle why the problem arose, how it can be resolved, and how to prevent it from happening again. His approach is truly comprehensive—not just giving you the fish, but teaching you how to catch it yourself. To put it simply, working alongside Engineer Wang is truly a stroke of luck.
