Yingcai Group Team Building Activity
Rather than saying that Yingcai Group held a team-building event from June 8 to June 11, 2023, it’s more accurate to describe it as a four-day gathering—a true reunion of family members who haven’t seen each other in ages. On everyone’s face shone a pure and simple smile. To be honest, when a company can make its employees feel a sense of belonging and ignite in them a passionate desire to protect it, that company truly shines. It becomes like a vibrant heart: with every beat, it elicits cheers and applause from its colleagues.
Team-building dinner the night before
Event Date: June 8, 2023
On the evening of June 8, 2023, we hosted a pre-team-building dinner to welcome back all our colleagues who had traveled from afar, as well as the families of all our colleagues.
General Ma spoke about Yingcai Group’s development and future direction, while General Zhang delivered a toast to everyone. All the leaders then bowed deeply to the colleagues present—this bow was both a heartfelt expression of gratitude for everyone’s efforts toward Yingcai and a symbolic gesture to ensure that Yingcai remains united from top to bottom, with all five fingers firmly clenched together, ready to deliver an even stronger punch for Yingcai’s future.
Visiting Baquan Gorge
Event Date: June 9, 2023
Our first stop is Baoquan Gorge. The Baoquan Gorge Scenic Area is located in Daguxia Town, Huguan County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province. Originally known as “Badao Shui,” it got its name from the eight springs that emerge from the same spot within the gorge. The scenic area features four major sightseeing zones: the Gate Tower Landscape, the Canyon Landscape, the Cableway Landscape, and the Trail Landscape.
Biquan Gorge Rafting
We all went rafting first—taking an hour and a half for the ride. The entire course had an 80-meter drop. There were four people on each inflatable raft, making it incredibly thrilling and exciting. Especially when we were paddling through the water, we really gave it our all, almost as if we could scoop up every single drop of water in the pool and pour it straight onto them!
Screams, roars, or even hysterical flailing with ladles—every single scene was utterly indistinguishable. In that moment, there were no leaders, no employees; all that remained were companions drifting peacefully on the water. There was no pressure from work, no worries from life. All that existed in that instant was a soaring, impassioned cry. How I wish this moment could be frozen forever! But alas, time slips by like a white horse flashing across a crack—a moment later, someone had sharply turned the minute hand of the clock a full turn and a half, and just like that, we gently drifted ashore.
Ascend to the summit of Biquan Gorge
As soon as you enter Biquan Gorge, the first thing you do is take a boat ride. The boat sways gently back and forth, while towering mountains rise one upon another. A gentle breeze blows in, carrying the distinctive moisture unique to the gorge—humid yet cool. Members of Yingcai Group cheer and laugh joyfully, brimming with energy and vitality.
Couples from Yingcai Group are all taking photos here to commemorate their time together and add a touch of color to their lives.
The road was long—averaging over 20,000 steps—but it was also incredibly short, so brief that, looking back, it felt like just a fleeting moment. Amid laughter and cheerful chatter, everyone from Yingcai Group boarded the cable car for the return journey.
Enjoying Qinglong Gorge/Hongdou Gorge
Event Date: June 10, 2023
Qinglong Gorge
The next day, we had breakfast early and gathered downstairs before heading to Qinglong Gorge. According to Xiao Wang’s explanation, legend has it that the local residents are protected by a blue dragon, which ensures favorable weather, bountiful harvests, and peace and prosperity for the nation and its people. However, the blue dragon can’t stay floating endlessly in the sky—it needs a home. So it found this gorge, a winding, meandering canyon with clear, flowing green waters. This is precisely the Qinglong Gorge we’re about to visit.
Red Bean Gorge
As soon as we left Qinglong Gorge, we immediately headed over to Hongdou Gorge—a truly wonderful place. Throughout this gorge, everywhere you look, you’ll find traces of love. As the poem goes: “In Hongdou Gorge, red bean cedars stand tall; Lovers always rush into the caves—once they enter from one end, they stroll along both sides, and by the time they emerge from the other end, their hands are already intertwined.” As the members of Yingcai Group posed for photos, they spontaneously recited Yingcai’s core corporate culture: “Build a project, and erect a monument.” , Add color to life, benefit society, and bring honor to the industry. 。
The water level in Hongdou Gorge isn't deep, and there are plenty of exciting activities to challenge and enjoy—like the cableway over the water, the “internet-famous” bridge, and obstacle-course-like facilities. So we were once again totally hyped up! In words, it’s probably hard for me to fully capture the passion we felt at that moment—but all I know is that when we finally came down from the cableway, some of us had swollen hands, and others had scraped skin on their arms. Yet, not a single one of us felt any pain; instead, we just felt an unadulterated sense of joy.
Visiting Pingyao Ancient City
Event Date: June 11, 2023
Pingyao Ancient City
On the afternoon of June 10, we checked into the Pingyao Guild Hall—a hotel that resembles the traditional courtyard-style residences of ancient times. The hotel is divided into three areas: Outer Sea, Inner Sea, and Middle Sea. It features main houses, side wings, and guest rooms, as well as private little courtyards. These courtyards are filled with various plants; among them, peonies seem to be the most common—often referred to as the "gentleman among flowers," renowned for their regal beauty and heavenly fragrance.
Seeing Pingyao Again
On the morning of June 11, the partners from Yingcai Group visited many of Pingyao’s attractions. Many friends from other provinces also learned about the history of Pingyao in Shanxi. The tour guides were highly professional and brought each story to life with vivid detail.
In the afternoon, I went to see "Again in Pingyao," and it was truly breathtaking. Many people were sobbing loudly in the theater—deeply moving and heart-wrenching. Yingcai Group must embody the spirit of the bodyguards and the spirit of contract. For any project undertaken by Yingcai, every team member will do their utmost to see it through and uphold it.
Our trip has come to an end. Although we’re reluctant to part, everyone at Yingcai Group will soon return to their respective posts and continue working hard. Through this event, we’ve deepened our mutual understanding, fostered an even more harmonious collaborative atmosphere within the company, and gained a deeper appreciation of our corporate culture. “Build a project, erect a monument”; “Benefit society and enrich your life”; “Earn deep respect from society—employees take great pride in it”; “Build a project, erect a monument!” Come on, teammates!
Special thanks to:
Here, we’d like to extend special thanks to our colleagues—such as Guo Qingliang and Guangyuan—who have thoughtfully planned and diligently organized this team-building event. We’d also like to give a special shout-out to Youyi Travel Agency. And most importantly, we’d like to thank all our colleagues who have contributed to the growth and development of Yingcai, as well as the family members who have provided their silent and unwavering support! Yingcai Group will certainly do its utmost to make their lives vibrant and fulfilling. We look forward to seeing you all again soon—thank you!
