This project represents the first truly automated logistics solution in the photovoltaic profile industry. With a daily output of nearly 200 tons, it has implemented an end-to-end automated logistics system covering the entire process—from automatic framing after extrusion, through aging, automatic unframing (and re-framing), surface oxidation treatment, to advanced downstream processing. The system adopts a three-dimensional vertical layout, significantly shortening material handling distances, dramatically improving logistics efficiency, optimizing land utilization, and boosting overall production productivity. For the first time in the industry, robotic arms are used for both framing and unframing; moreover, advanced logistics equipment and system solutions have been deployed in other key stages such as de-palletizing, palletizing, distribution, and scheduling.
