Zhejiang Huayi Complete Plant Logistics System
The integrated plant-wide logistics system is a key research area for our company. In particular, in the field of extruded aluminum profiles, developing and researching an integrated plant-wide logistics system that meets the production and development needs of enterprises has become one of our company’s core strengths.
Zhejiang Huayi’s annual production capacity reaches 250,000 tons. Its automated logistics system is integrated with 16 extruders and 6 surface treatment lines. The plant-wide logistics project encompasses a finished-product warehouse, a transit warehouse, a conveyor system, and other components, forming an end-to-end automated logistics system that covers the entire process—from extrusion and aging treatment, through transit warehousing, surface treatment, finished-product packaging, to the finished-product warehouse. As a result, the workforce has been reduced from over 1,000 employees to just over 300. The project is large-scale and features numerous systems; it also employs advanced logistics equipment and system solutions in operations such as de-palletizing, palletizing, distribution, and scheduling.
