Sun Jiangfeng is a core business leader and the Gold-Level Customer Service Manager at Shanxi Yingcai Logistics Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. He serves as the company’s primary external-facing interface for its deep expertise in smart logistics and intelligent automated storage and retrieval systems, and acts as a critical liaison between benchmark clients in industries such as photovoltaics and aluminum processing and the company’s technical solutions. With a focus on end-to-end services spanning intelligent automated warehouses, integrated smart logistics systems, and automated logistics equipment across the entire value chain, his team provides comprehensive support to two high-barrier industries—photovoltaics and aluminum processing—while also extending its reach to areas like intelligent manufacturing and warehouse-logistics upgrades. As the regional head for photovoltaic and aluminum-processing projects in South China, Sun plays a pivotal role in driving Shanxi Yingcai’s growth in these key sectors. His responsibilities include end-to-end project management, from initial needs assessment and solution design to commercial coordination, mid-stage project implementation, installation and commissioning, and finally, post-delivery operations and maintenance as well as after-sales support, ensuring full lifecycle service for clients. To date, he has delivered services to dozens of industry-leading customers, earning widespread recognition for his professional expertise. Sun possesses strong capabilities in business negotiation, solution development, and project bidding and tendering, enabling him to independently manage the entire business process—from client engagement and solution design to contract execution—and thereby securing a substantial portfolio of high-quality industry clients for the company.
